Shipping & Order Processing Policy

Processing & Handling Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Some orders may ship separately. If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent in separate packages and arrive at different times. You may receive separate tracking information for each package.

Sales Tax Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.

International Shipping, Taxes & Duties We ship internationally! However, please note:

• Customer Responsibility: All international shipping rates, import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• Customs Duties & Fees: These additional charges are not included in the item price or checkout shipping costs. They are determined by your country's customs authority and will be collected upon delivery or prior to release by the shipping carrier.

• Refused Shipments: If an international package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping fees or incurred charges will be deducted from your refund.
